USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN

I was first introduced to user experience design back in university and it completely blew my mind about how technologies are made nowadays. Learning and understanding user experience design concepts gave me insight to improving many existing products in my life and so is work. 
Every time I hear someone complain about a specific application on their phone or a website, I started thinking instead of how this person does not understand the application, but how this application failed to connect to its users. This is why I’m very passionate about UX Design, because it makes a difference in people’s lives and can truly make technology for human.
